Withdraw or archive an application
Withdraw to pull yourself out; archive to hide closed applications.
Withdraw
On a Submitted or Reviewing application, open the three-dot menu and pick Withdraw. The recruiter sees the change immediately.
Withdraw is permanent — you would need to apply again from scratch to re-enter the pipeline.
Archive
Rejected or Withdrawn applications can be archived to tidy your Applications view. They move into the Archived filter and can be restored anytime.
