Reset your password
Use the forgot-password link to receive a secure reset email.
When you can sign in
Open /seeker/security → Password. Enter your current password, the new password twice, and save.
When you cannot sign in
Use /forgot-password. We send a one-time reset link to your email; opening it lets you set a new password without knowing the old one.
- Reset links expire after a short window
- Old sessions on other devices stay valid — visit Security → Active sessions to revoke them
