• Guarantee that an employer will fill a role using the platform.
• Verify or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or completeness of job listings, company profiles, or candidate information.
• Any hiring decisions, offers, or contracts are solely between the recruiter/employer and the candidate.

Job listings on GreenHired may be:

• Posted directly by recruiters or companies using the platform.
• Aggregated from publicly available sources, where GreenHired may show limited information such as title, short description, company name, and an external apply link.

GreenHired does not control and is not responsible for:

• The ongoing availability, accuracy, or legality of any third‑party or aggregated listing.
• The content, privacy practices, or terms of any third‑party website you visit via links from GreenHired.
• You use third‑party sites and content at your own risk and should review their own terms and policies.

You understand and agree that:

• AI outputs are automatically generated and may be incomplete, inaccurate, out of date, or biased.
• AI outputs are for convenience and guidance only and do not replace human judgment or professional advice.
• Recruiters and job seekers must review and verify AI-generated content before relying on it for decisions (for example, publishing job posts, shortlisting candidates, or setting compensation).
• AI match scores do not automatically accept or reject candidates and should not be used as the sole basis for any decision with legal or similarly significant effects.

Without limiting the foregoing, GreenHired does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error‑free.
• Defects or errors will be corrected.
• The Service or any server that makes it available is free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vaan Corporation and GreenHired will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business; loss of data; loss of reputation; or similar losses arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
• Any decisions or actions taken by recruiters, employers, or candidates based on information or tools provided by GreenHired, including AI-generated content and aggregated job listings.
• Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the extent allowed by law, and typically to a reasonable fixed cap or, where applicable, the amount of fees (if any) paid by you to GreenHired over a recent period, as described in the Terms of Service.
