Mute, archive, or block a conversation
Stop notifications without losing history — or shut a chat down entirely.
Mute
Open a conversation and use the three-dot menu in the header to mute. Muted conversations move into the Muted tab and stop pushing notifications — messages still arrive in the inbox.
Archive
Archive hides the conversation from the All tab into the Archived tab. New messages bring it back to All automatically.
Block
When a recruiter is blocked on the company side, the composer is disabled and a "You have been blocked" banner appears. Past history is preserved.
