Status timeline
Every application card shows a four-step visual timeline: Submitted → Reviewing → Shortlisted → Hired. Rejected or Withdrawn applications get their own marker style.
Stats
The top of the page shows Total applied, Under review, Shortlisted, and your Response rate (percentage of applications where the recruiter has responded in any form).
Filter and search
Filter pills break the list by status, and the search box matches job title, company, or location.
