Application statuses explained
What Submitted, Reviewing, Shortlisted, Hired, Rejected, Withdrawn, and Archived mean.
Active statuses
- Submitted — your application has been received
- Reviewing — the recruiter has opened your application
- Shortlisted — you are on the recruiter's short list for the next step
- Hired — congratulations, the role is yours
Closed statuses
- Rejected — the recruiter has passed on your application
- Withdrawn — you withdrew the application yourself
- Archived — you have hidden the application from your active list (Rejected/Withdrawn only)
