Use recovery codes
Get back in if you cannot reach your authenticator.
During login
On the TOTP step, click "Use a recovery code" and paste one of the codes. Each code is single-use.
Reset 2FA with a recovery code
If your phone is gone for good, open Security → Reset 2FA and paste a recovery code there. This removes the existing TOTP secret so you can set up a new authenticator.
