Search status
Pick from Actively looking, Open to offers, Casually browsing, or Not looking. This appears as a badge on your dashboard and tells recruiters how to pitch you.
Open to Work
Turning Open to Work on adds a visible "Open to Work" indicator to your profile and unlocks Preferred start date and Notice period fields, which recruiters use to gauge availability.
- You stay in control — Open to Work can be toggled off any time
- Other preferences (job type, locations, work mode, company size) refine search visibility, not who sees your profile
