Short knockout questions added by the employer at the apply step.
Question types
Employers can attach a small number of screening questions to a job. There are three formats:
- Text — a short answer
- Yes / No — binary answer
- Multiple choice — pick one option from a list
Why they exist
These are usually about must-haves: licences, visa status, remote-only constraints. Answering them up-front saves a back-and-forth round.
Skipping required questions blocks submission — the Submit button stays disabled.
