Roles and permissions
Four roles control who can post jobs, see applicants, and manage settings.
The four roles
- Owner — full access; the only role that can transfer ownership or delete the company
- Admin — manage team, billing settings, and all jobs
- Recruiter — post and manage jobs, run the pipeline, message candidates
- Viewer — read-only access to jobs and applicants
Changing a role
Open Company → Team. Click a member to open the side panel, change the role, and save. The change is immediate.
