Use an external apply link
Keep candidates in your own ATS while still appearing on GreenHired.
When to use external apply
If your company already uses a specific ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and you want every applicant to land there, paste the application URL into the External apply field on the job form.
- Candidates see an "External apply" badge on the job card
- Clicking Apply opens your link in a new tab
- GreenHired still tracks that the candidate clicked Apply, so the job shows up in their Applications history
