Message candidates
Open a chat from any applicant card — the same threading the candidate sees.
Start a thread
Click Message on an applicant card. A conversation opens (or resumes) in /recruit/chat, scoped to that candidate and your company.
Attachments and mentions
Same paperclip menu and 500KB limit as the candidate side. Teammates can @-mention each other in shared notes (those are not visible to the candidate).
