The statuses
- Submitted — fresh application
- Reviewing — in your queue
- Shortlisted — moving forward
- Interview — booked / completed
- Offer — offer extended
- Hired — closed-won
- Rejected — closed-lost
Notifications
Each transition is logged on the candidate side and triggers an email if they have application-status notifications turned on.
