Join an existing company
Send a join request and wait for the owner to approve it.
How to request
In step 2 of onboarding, search for the company by name. If found, click Request to join. The owner gets a notification and you are placed on the Pending screen.
While you wait
You stay on /recruit/onboarding/pending — no dashboard access yet. We email you when the owner approves or rejects.
- You can change your mind and cancel the request from the Pending screen
- Rejected requests do not say why — talk to the company owner directly
