- Title — what candidates see first
- Employment type — Full-time / Part-time / Contract / Internship
- Work mode — Remote / Hybrid / Onsite
- Location — cascading country → state → city, or "Remote"
- Green category — pick the role family that fits
Description & requirements
Two rich text fields. Use bullet lists for must-haves and nice-to-haves; recruiters who write specifics get better-matched applicants.
Compensation
Optional but high-impact. Search a currency, enter a min and a max, pick annual or hourly. Jobs with a salary band get noticeably more applications.
Pre-screening questions
Up to a small set of short knockout questions. Build them with the Question builder — text, yes-no, or multiple-choice.
