Complete the onboarding wizard

Four steps: profile basics, company setup or join, invite teammates, finish.

Step 1 — Profile

Your name, role at the company, photo, and contact info. This is the public-facing recruiter identity candidates see in messages.

Step 2 — Company

Pick "Create a new company" or "Join an existing company". Joining sends an approval request to the company owner.

If your company is already on GreenHired, joining keeps everyone on the same team — do not create a duplicate.

Step 3 — Team

Optional. Invite hiring managers and teammates by email — they get the same onboarding flow and land on your company.

Step 4 — Done

A confirmation screen with quick links to post a job, set up your team, or open the dashboard. Approval requests for join-company are reviewed by the owner — until then you sit on a Pending screen.
