Review applicants
Per-job pipeline with status columns and bulk actions.
The pipeline
Open /recruit/applicants or click Applicants on a job card. The pipeline is grouped by status — Submitted, Reviewing, Shortlisted, Interview, Offer, Hired, Rejected, Withdrawn.
- Click an applicant card to open the full application drawer
- Drag-and-drop or use the status dropdown to move them between columns
- Bulk-select with the checkboxes for shortlist / reject / message
What you see in the drawer
- Candidate name, headline, location, work authorization
- Resume preview and download
- Cover letter (if submitted)
- Pre-screening answers
- Activity timeline — status changes, messages, notes
