About the role

We are working with a leading Social Housing contractor to recruit a proactive Site Manager to deliver an internal and external retrofit refurbishment project on Social Housing across the Dartford area. Work scopes include solar PV, air source heat pumps and window & door replacements.

What you will do

Manage internal and external retrofit refurbishment projects.
Oversee the installation of solar PV, air source heat pumps, and window & door replacements.
Act as a client-facing representative.

What you need

Experience as a Site Manager.
Experience in refurbishment projects.
