Senior Project Manager - Retrofit Projects

We are working with a leading Social Housing and Regeneration contractor to recruit a proactive Senior Project Manager to deliver social housing retrofit refurbishment schemes across Sheffield, Scarborough and Liverpool.

What you will do

• Deliver social housing retrofit refurbishment schemes.
• Manage works including window and door replacements, external and internal wall insulation (EWI/IWI), and loft insulation.

What you need

• Experience in project management, specifically within social housing refurbishment.
• Knowledge of decarbonisation works and energy efficiency measures.

About the role

Location: Sheffield (with travel)
Salary: £60,000–£70,000 per year
