We are working with a leading Social Housing contractor to find a successful and proactive Assistant Quantity Surveyor, to join their team in Hertfordshire. This role is working on refurbishments within Social Housing, including internals, externals and decarbonisation schemes.

• Assist the lead Quantity Surveyor with cash management.
• Work on refurbishments within Social Housing, including internals, externals and decarbonisation schemes.

What you need

• Experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
• Proactive approach.
