Will recruiters see my AI match score?
No. Your match score is private — it only appears on your own view of the job listing. Recruiters never see it.
Does AI write the whole application for me?
No — the cover letter is a starting point. You review and edit it before sending. We strongly encourage personalising the final paragraph yourself.
What information about me does AI see?
Only your skills, current role, years of experience, target sectors, and bio. Your name, email, phone, and resume are never sent to AI.
Can I disable AI features?
You can simply not use them — there's no setting to flip. AI buttons only fire when you click them.
Why does my match score look low?
AI is honest by design — it doesn't inflate scores. A low score usually means the job requires specific skills you haven't added to your profile yet. Fix that and re-check.
How reliable is the AI?
We run a primary AI model with an automatic fallback if it ever fails — most outages are invisible to you. AI responses typically come back in under 300ms.
