Operations Manager - Planned Maintenance

We are seeking an Operations Manager - Planned Maintenance to work with a Local Authority in Cambridgeshire. This role sits within the Housing Assets team and is responsible for leading the delivery of planned maintenance, capital investment, retrofit, adaptations, and asset management programmes across the Council’s housing stock.
