We are currently supporting a local authority in East Anglia with the recruitment of a permanent Mechanical & Electrical Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced M&E professional to take ownership of compliance, maintenance, asset investment, and decarbonisation programmes across the Council's housing stock, ensuring all mechanical and electrical systems remain safe, compliant, and fit for purpose.

What you will do

• Manage compliance, maintenance, asset investment, and decarbonisation programmes for mechanical and electrical systems in housing stock.
• Ensure all mechanical and electrical systems are safe, compliant, and fit for purpose.

What you need

• Experience as an M&E professional.
