Voids Supervisor

What you will do

• Supervise void property maintenance and refurbishment projects.
• Ensure works are completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
• Manage a team of operatives and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders.

What you need

• Experience in supervising building maintenance or refurbishment projects.
• Knowledge of building regulations and health and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Contract: full-time
Location: Cheltenham Trade Park, Cheltenham (GB)
Salary: £38,000–£41,000 per year
