What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles within the organisation.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Source and attract high-calibre candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

About the role

This is a fixed-term contract position for 6 months. The role is based in Macclesfield, Cheshire.
