About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Battery Scientist/Engineer to lead the development of next-generation semi-solid, quasi-solid, and all-solid-state batteries in pouch cell format. This role focuses on interfacial engineering, particularly involving metallic anodes, and requires deep expertise in both lithium and sodium battery chemistries.

What you will do

Design, develop, and optimise solid-state electrolytes for advanced battery applications.
Conduct research into interfacial engineering, focusing on metallic anodes.
Work with lithium and sodium battery chemistries.
Develop and test batteries in pouch cell format.

What you need

Deep expertise in lithium and sodium battery chemistries.
Experience with interfacial engineering, particularly involving metallic anodes.
