Energy Sparks is seeking a full-stack Ruby on Rails developer to join their team.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Work with Postgres databases.
- Deploy applications on AWS.
- Write accessible HTML and CSS.
- Utilise Git and Github for version control.
- Implement testing frameworks like Rspec and Capybara.
What you need
- Several years of experience as a full-stack Ruby on Rails developer.
- Experience with Postgres or similar relational databases.
- Experience with AWS or equivalent cloud environments.
- Proficiency in Javascript/JQuery.
- Experience writing accessible HTML and CSS.
- Experience with Git and Github.
- Experience with standard Ruby test frameworks (Rspec, Capybara).
- Experience with agile, iterative test-first development.
About the role
Contract: Full-time
Location: Freshford, Bath
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per year
