What you will do

Manage site operations for building maintenance, refurbishment, and retrofit projects.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget.
Oversee teams and subcontractors on site.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

What you need

Experience in site management within the building maintenance or construction sector.
Knowledge of building regulations and health and safety standards.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
