About the role

Join a growing Geo-Environmental team of around 100 specialists across the UK and Ireland, delivering expertise in ground investigation, land quality & remediation, and groundwater & geothermal services. This role supports continued expansion in Northern Ireland, focusing on technically robust delivery and sustainable growth across sectors including Energy, Water, Defence, Nuclear and Property. You will contribute to strengthening regional capability, enhancing client relationships and mentoring junior staff.

What you will do

Undertake and manage ground investigations.
Prepare interpretative reports on land quality and contamination.
Design and supervise remediation schemes.
Manage groundwater investigations and develop conceptual site models.
Contribute to the development of geothermal energy projects.
Liaise with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior members of the team.

What you need

A degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, or a related discipline.
Significant experience in ground investigation, land quality assessment, and remediation design.
Experience in groundwater investigations and modelling.
Knowledge of geothermal energy systems and applications.
Excellent report writing and communication skills.
Ability to manage projects and lead a team.
