About the role

Join ScottishPower's Reward team and help shape the reward experience for colleagues across the UK business. As a Reward Consultant, you'll play an important role in delivering competitive reward and benefits programmes that support the attraction, retention and engagement of colleagues.

What you will do

Support the design and delivery of reward and benefits programmes.
Analyse market data to ensure competitive positioning.
Administer and manage various benefit schemes.
Provide advice and guidance on reward-related matters.

What you need

Experience in a similar reward or HR role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of reward and benefits principles.

About the role

Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time
Location: ScottishPower HQ, Glasgow (hybrid)
Salary: from £50,400 per annum, up to 10% bonus, private medical cover and other excellent benefits.
