Resource Manager

We are seeking an experienced Resource Manager for the Dogger Bank Offshore Wind Farm Project. The successful candidate will have a solution-orientated mindset and a result-delivery style. Strong communication and listening skills with the team are essential. You can identify resourcing challenges from various forms of feedback and see them through to a standardised solution. With excellent attention to detail, structure, and organisational skills, you can apply a proactive approach to managing resources.
