About the role
We are partnering with a leading UK main contractor with a turnover exceeding £700 million and a strong national presence. Over the past 25 years, the business has built long-standing client relationships, resulting in a substantial secured order book and a strong pipeline of projects nationwide. This opportunity sits within a well-established business unit operating across the UK.
What you will do
- Manage retrofit projects funded by the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF).
- Oversee project delivery from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects meet energy efficiency targets and quality standards.
What you need
- Experience in project management, particularly in construction or retrofit projects.
- Understanding of energy efficiency measures in buildings.
- Familiarity with government funding schemes like SHDF is advantageous.

Contract: Full-time
Location: Clacton on Sea, Essex
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000
