Planned Works & Refurbishment Manager - Renewables

We are working with an established and rapidly growing construction group that's investing in a new division focused on property refurbishment, planned maintenance, kitchen upgrades and renewable energy installations across the social housing sector. With Housing Association contracts already secured and a growing pipeline of projects, this is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company.

What you will do

• Manage planned works and refurbishment projects, with a focus on renewable energy installations.
• Oversee kitchen upgrades and general property maintenance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including Housing Associations.

What you need

• Experience in managing planned works and refurbishment projects.
• Knowledge of renewable energy installations is advantageous.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

About the role

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
