Partnership Lead

TaiSan is developing next-generation sodium battery technology, with a particular focus on advanced electrolyte systems and high-performance battery cells for applications including mobility, robotics, industrial systems and energy storage.

As we scale our technology, customer programmes and strategic collaborations, we are looking for a Partnership Lead to develop and manage relationships with key partners.

What you will do

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Represent TaiSan at industry events and conferences.

What you need

• Proven experience in partnership management or business development.
• Strong understanding of the battery technology or energy storage sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 per year
