What you will do

Develop and implement learning strategies to support the company's transition to a cleaner, greener future.
Identify skills gaps and capability needs across the organisation.
Design and deliver training programmes focused on sustainability and green technologies.
Consult with stakeholders to ensure learning solutions align with business objectives.

What you need

Experience in learning consultancy or skills development.
Understanding of the energy sector and the transition to a green economy.
Strong project management and communication skills.

About the role

Location: ScottishPower HQ, Glasgow (3 days onsite)
Contract: Full time, permanent
Salary: Up to £82,500 plus up to 20% bonus, car allowance & other excellent benefits
