We are looking for a confident, proactive and approachable People & HR Advisor to join our growing People function at Recycling Lives Services.
What you will do
- Support the People function in a fast-paced, operational environment.
- Provide HR advice and support to employees and managers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
What you need
- Experience as an HR professional.
- Ability to thrive in an operational environment.
- Proactive and approachable nature.
About the role
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Preston Head Office, with regular travel to our operational sites
