About the role

The GoodPeople Business Limited is recruiting a Head of Retrofit Compliance for an established energy efficiency and renewables contractor. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance in building retrofit projects, supporting the UK's transition to net zero.

What you will do

Oversee and ensure compliance for all retrofit projects.
Develop and implement compliance strategies.
Manage the Quality, Compliance & HSE department.
Report on compliance metrics to senior management.

What you need

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in retrofit compliance or a related field.
Strong understanding of energy efficiency regulations and standards.
Excellent leadership and management skills.

About the role

Location: Waltham Forest and neighbouring boroughs
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per year
Contract: Full-time
Reports to: COO / Managing Director
