About the role

Cardo Group is a provider of building maintenance, refurbishment, and retrofit services for social housing and public sector buildings across the UK. We specialise in planned maintenance, energy-efficiency upgrades, compliance works, and major improvement programmes.

What you will do

Lead and manage a team of maintenance operatives.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of a fleet of vehicles.
Ensure all maintenance work is carried out to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations.
Contribute to the planning and execution of energy-efficiency upgrade projects.

What you need

Experience in a team leadership role within fleet maintenance or a related field.
Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Experience with building maintenance or retrofit projects is advantageous.
