About the role

We are recruiting for an experienced Environmental Health Officer / Enforcement Officer to join a busy Wembley-based Local Authority on an ongoing temporary basis. Working as an Environmental Health Officer, you will be responsible for enforcing food and health and safety legislation.

What you will do

Enforce food and health and safety legislation.
Conduct inspections and investigations.
Provide advice and guidance to businesses.
Respond to public enquiries and complaints.

What you need

Experience as an Environmental Health Officer or similar enforcement role.
Knowledge of relevant legislation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Location: Wembley, London (Hybrid Working)
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract: Ongoing Temporary Assignment
Start Date: Immediate Start
Pay Rate: £23.81 per hour PAYE / £31.35 per hour Umbrella
