About the role
We are looking for an experienced Environmental Compliance Coordinator who has experience in a production environment and dealing with environmental legislations.
What you will do
- Ensuring both sites are meeting their CO2 & waste targets
- Undertaking internal audits and inspections
- Monitoring environmental performance and reporting on key metrics
- Assisting with the development and implementation of environmental policies and procedures
- Staying up-to-date with relevant environmental legislation and regulations
- Liaising with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders
What you need
- Proven experience in environmental compliance, preferably within a production environment
- Strong understanding of environmental legislation and regulations
- Experience in monitoring CO2 emissions and waste reduction targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
About the role
Salary: £36,800 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:00
Location: Leicester (Covering multiple sites)
Contract: Full Time Permanent
