Employment Advisor

Groundwork London's Employment and Skills teams support unemployed Londoners to progress into work across the capital. Our teams of Employment Advisors and Trainers work with clients to identify their employment aspirations and overcome the barriers to securing employment.

What you will do

• Support unemployed Londoners to progress into work.
• Identify client employment aspirations.
• Help clients overcome barriers to securing employment.

What you need

• Experience in employment support or training.
• Knowledge of the London job market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

About the role

Contract: Fixed Term for 2 years
Salary: £29,000-£32,000
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week
Location: Groundwork offices and locations across London.
