About the role

What you will do

Supervise electrical works to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
Oversee a team of electricians, providing guidance and support.
Ensure all electrical installations and upgrades meet energy efficiency targets.
Conduct quality checks and inspections on completed electrical work.
Manage project timelines and resources for electrical aspects of retrofit projects.

What you need

Qualified Electrician with relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, AM2).
Experience as a supervisor or team leader in an electrical role.
Knowledge of building regulations and electrical safety standards.
Experience with energy-efficiency upgrades and retrofit projects is advantageous.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
