Director, Strategic Partnerships (Foundations)

Prosper Global is seeking a Director, Strategic Partnerships to cover a maternity leave position. The role involves building and managing relationships with foundations to secure funding for climate and environmental projects.

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies to engage with foundations.
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities.
• Manage existing foundation relationships and ensure successful collaboration.
• Contribute to the overall fundraising goals of the organisation.

• Proven experience in strategic partnerships or fundraising, particularly with foundations.
• Strong understanding of climate and environmental issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the role

This is a full-time, fixed-term contract position. The preferred location is the UK, but other European locations (Netherlands, France, Belgium, Switzerland) will be considered. The starting salary is £53,360 in the UK or €63,040 in the Netherlands, commensurate with experience.
