About the role
Regen Solutions is working with a Tier 1 Contractor specialising in building maintenance, refurbishment, and retrofit services for social housing and public sector buildings across the UK. This includes responsive repairs and voids, planned maintenance, energy-efficiency upgrades, compliance works, and major improvement programmes.
What you will do
- Lead the organisation and management of damp and mould remediation projects.
- Oversee teams involved in identifying, assessing, and resolving damp and mould issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and health and safety standards.
- Implement strategies for energy-efficiency upgrades related to damp and mould prevention.
What you need
- Experience in building maintenance, refurbishment, or retrofit.
- Knowledge of damp and mould remediation techniques.
- Understanding of energy efficiency measures in buildings.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
