About the role
Stonewater is seeking a Building Surveyor, internally known as a Homes Business Partner, to join their specialist Damp and Mould team on a fixed-term contract until May 2027.
What you will do
- Identify and address issues related to damp, mould, and disrepair in buildings.
- Contribute to the specialist Damp and Mould team's objectives.
What you need
- Experience as a Building Surveyor.
- Knowledge of damp, mould, and disrepair issues in buildings.
About the role
Location: Hybrid Reading/Surrey. Contract: Fixed Term Contract to May 2027. Hours: 37.5 per week. Salary: £45,000 per year.
