About the role
We are looking for an Associate Legal Counsel to be a part of our solutions-oriented Legal team supporting and advising on regulation relating to sustainability topics pertinent to Vanguard’s funds and enterprise as well as assisting in providing legal support to our Investment Stewardship function. You will be a member of the Product and Investment Services Legal team within the broader Europe Legal function.
What you will do
- Provide legal advice on sustainability regulations and policies.
- Support the Investment Stewardship function.
- Advise on ESG matters relevant to Vanguard's funds and enterprise.
What you need
- Legal qualifications and experience.
- Knowledge of sustainability topics and regulations.
- Experience in investment stewardship or related fields.

Salary: £75,119.55 per year
