About the role
We are looking for an Asset Surveyor to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract to play a key role in maintaining the quality, safety, and performance of homes.
What you will do
- Survey properties to assess their condition and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure homes meet quality and safety standards.
- Contribute to improving the performance of homes.
What you need
- Experience as a property professional.
- Passion for surveying and building performance.
About the role
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract for a full-time role, working 37 hours per week. The location is SP11 6JS.
