About the role

The Account Manager role sits within the Energy Sales Team within Iberdrola's Customer Business. You will be the principal point of contact between ScottishPower and nominated outsourced call centres ensuring sales, quality and compliance.

Manage relationships with call centres.
Ensure sales, quality and compliance targets are met.

What you need

Experience in account management.
Understanding of sales processes.
Ability to travel internationally.

About the role

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Blantyre, South Lanarkshire, with a hybrid working model and regular international travel. Salary from £40,400 with excellent benefits. Flexible working is considered.
